Miss Spotless Cleaning Service was founded in 2017 by Andrew and Kerley Papalia — right here in Salisbury, Maryland. With backgrounds in law enforcement and military service, Andrew built the company on a simple but powerful promise: bring the same level of accountability, trust, and attention to detail to every home and business we clean.
What started as a small operation serving a handful of neighbors has grown into a trusted cleaning partner for hundreds of families and businesses across the Eastern Shore. Andrew founded Miss Spotless Cleaning in 2017 after serving in law enforcement and the military. With 9+ years in the cleaning industry, he's ISSA Cleaning Industry Certified, OSHA Safety Trained, and Green Cleaning Certified.
Kerley Papalia
Operations Manager
Kerley co-manages Miss Spotless alongside Andrew, handling scheduling, client communication, and team coordination. She's committed to ensuring every client receives a seamless, stress-free experience.
